The purpose of my letter is to serve as a formal appreciation of your organization with particular honors to Mr. James Tartaglio. More specifically, Mr. Tartaglio responded to a service call I had placed within 3 to 4 minutes after I called your answering service on a Saturday night. We had an issue on a property we manage and his knowledge and experience greatly assisted in the decisions we had to make later that night. We have a plumbing company that we contract with that I called prior (because of relationships). However, they never returned my call. I was extremely frustrated. Then I called your company and everything took place in a very expeditious manner. Receiving help within minutes was well beyond my expectations. I met Mr. Tartaglio this morning (he was at the job site WELL before I was -- he'd rolled out and diagnosed the problem). This impressed me again. We spoke about the job and then I expressed my gratitude and asked him if he was the owner. He said he wasn't but that he has been with the company for a number of years. I think I was in junior high when he began working for your company! Anyway, bottom line, Mr. Tartaglio really impressed upon me values that I have been raised with in regards to business and I must admit, it's rare to find these values in business these days. He was clean-cut, courteous, extremely articulate, knowledgable and professional. He took charge of the situtation with me having to lift a finger. Mr. Tartaglio is a direct reflection upon your knowledge, character, organizational skills and structuring of your company. I would be proud to be in your shoes. You are an oustanding and accomplished individual and must have a very secure hold within the marketplace because during my years of working in the field as well as owning my company, I can count on three fingers when I have had the pleasure of meeting someone like Mr. Tartaglio. However you have achieved the management and structure of your organization, I humbly applaud you and your people. Also, I told Mr. Tartaglio that he earned Plumbing Specialists a pretty nice-sized account as we manage about twenty other 135+ unit complexes within a 250-mile radius of Temecula.

This is to compliment Patrick from your company. He did some work at my home in Riverside and was polite and professional. He had some difficulty with a replacement shower valve that he installed that required him to come back to my home to recheck his work. When he returned to my home, he was apologetic and happily made the needed repairs. He even noticed that I had a hose bib on the exterior of my home that was leaking (this was not related to work he had done). He took it upon himself to repair this as a courtesy. Nice! You have a satisfied customer who will recommend your company to friends.
