I had 2 plumbers out to ID problem & give estimate. The first wanted to re- pipe my whole condo because I have a cement slab. ( have it go up and thru the attic)! I’m sorry I have forgotten the plumbers name from Specialist. He was great! I had a leak in th main water pipe so water was leaking under my entrance & office area. He replaced the pipe by going thru the inside wall. It took about 3 - 4 hours. He never took a break, informed me in advance of work being done. I definitely would recommend this company!

Hopefully nothing breaks again, but if it does this will be the company we contact, John was awesome, courteous, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He did a GREAT job and really represented this company well and we have their phone number saved on our phones.

I liked my plumber, Patrick. You could tell he had years of experience. Not only did he get the job done in a timely manner, but he had a great sense of humor.
